Description
Our Monthly package includes 1 FD homevisit along with the Medical assistant , proactive phone calls and follow up by the FD once a week to record the vitals Parents can call the doctors when needed (only for non-emergency situations)
Additional FD visit : 20 USD /month
Additional MA visit: 10 USD /month
Additional services
Home sample collection: We can arrange the home sample collection by sending a phlebotomist at home. Payment should be done separately.
